Our Spiritual Offerings
All spiritual services described below include 60, 75 + 90 minute options depending the service you choose. These spiritual offerings are sessions that include reiki, polarity therapy and other modalities of energy work. These sessions involve little to no massage. Their place at Conscious Touch is to serve the mind, body, spirit connection. Using spiritual modalities helps alleviate stress + anxiety while balancing your energy centers, clearing away all that is no longer supporting you on your journey. Rebalance
Our energy work sessions may begin with an oracle card reading to establish the energy being called in by the client. The practitioner employs various techniques to allow the client to rebalance their physical and energetic bodies. This may include polarity therapy, which relaxes the mind, body, and soul by releasing stagnant energy through polarity pathways, or reiki, which uses acupressure points and stagnant touch to balance the body’s energy centers. Crystal singing bowls may also be intuitively played to help align the client’s chakras.

Rebalance Combo Session
This session transports you into a deep relaxing state leaving you feeling rejuvenated, balanced + supported in your journey. The practitioner begins the session by calling in your highest spirit guides to help the energy flow where it needs to during the session. The modalities used in this session are: massage of head, neck + feet in addition to Reflexology, Reiki Therapy + Polarity Therapy to rebalance your energetic systems and activate your parasympathetic nervous system. This session resets the mind, body + spirit and is for anyone who is feeling stuck, anxious, worried, has suffered from a recent loss, or is feeling like they’re holding onto something that isn’t theirs to carry.

ReDiscover Your Light
We have all experienced both collective trauma and an awakening during our life; there is no better time than now to rediscover your light. This session is here to help guide you and your body's ability to grow, heal + expand your light. By identifying and working with old wounds + negative thought processes, we give our mind, body + spirit the opportunity to let go of the old limiting belief systems and allow new energy to enter our soul. Our reflexology sessions focus on applying pressure to areas of the feet based on the theory that areas of the foot correspond with organs and systems of the body. This option is ideal for clients looking to relax and alleviate stress.

Cancellation Policy
We value your business and respect your time, so in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24-hours in advance. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows within the 24-hours of your session will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. As such, all services require a valid debit or credit card on file when booking.
